Teaching For Clinicians

CRMEC’s Medical Education Advisor, Professor Katrina Anderson, delivers of Teaching for Clinicians, a two-part course (1.5 days) for doctors working across the public health system in Canberra and Southern NSW.

The course is suitable for supervisors, and for registrars and prevocational doctors who are interested in teaching and supervision.

Teaching for Clinicians focuses on:

  • Key teaching skills for clinical supervision in medicine across all specialties

  • Teaching and supporting medical school students

  • Understanding the Australian National Medical Education Framework

  • Entrustable Professional Activities

  • The Australian e-Portfolio

The course is also supported by the Australian National University School of Medicine and Psychology.
